Is there any cost to set up?
No. There's no setup fee and no monthly licence cost. Extra For Me earns a small operational share from retailer commissions — but only on completed transactions. If your members don't earn, neither do we.
How do members access the platform?
You'll have a co-branded portal on your own domain (e.g. rewards.yourclub.co.uk). You invite members via email or add a link from your existing member portal or website. Creating an account takes seconds.
When and how do we receive our revenue?
Retailer commissions are typically confirmed within 30–60 days of a transaction — standard across affiliate marketing. We aggregate these and pay your share directly to your bank account each month, alongside a full transaction report.
How does the cashback reduce membership fees?
Each member has a cashback balance in their account. At renewal time, their balance is automatically deducted from the invoice or applied as a credit. You control whether this happens automatically or requires member action.
What if a member leaves the organisation?
You set the policy. Common approaches: allow members to redeem any balance before their account closes, or return unused balances to the organisation's revenue pool. We'll configure whichever you prefer.
