From the weekly shop to a lower season ticket
Here’s exactly what happens, from the moment a member shops to the moment their fee comes down.
A member shops through your club’s portal
They pick a retailer in your club’s branded portal and shop as normal on the retailer’s own website. No codes, no vouchers.
The purchase is tracked, then confirmed
The cashback shows straight away as pending. Once the retailer’s returns period has passed (usually 30 to 90 days), it’s confirmed.
Or it’s instant, with gift cards
At retailers offering discounted gift cards, the member buys the card and the saving is confirmed immediately.
Savings come off their fees
On a schedule your club sets (monthly, quarterly or yearly), confirmed savings are applied to each member’s fee or season ticket. The club always has the final say.
The club gets paid
We pay your club the members’ savings (so you can reduce their bills) and the club’s own share, with a full breakdown.
Where every pound of cashback goes
The retailer pays cashback on each purchase. What happens next depends on your package.
Premium Package
100% passed on, for a flat fee per member
Basic Package
No fee. We keep a slice, e.g. 2 points of a 6% rate
The split between member and club is your choice (50/50 shown). Both are paid to the club: the member’s share as credit off their next renewal.
Member retention
A reason to renew, built up all year
Your members spend the whole year earning money off their season ticket or subscription. By renewal day they have real savings waiting, and the only way to use them is to renew. Extra For Me raises money for your club and helps you keep your members.
Savings build all year
Every shop adds to what the member will save on their season ticket or subscription. They can watch it grow in their account.
Only paid out on renewal
Savings are never paid as cash. They only turn into a discount when the member renews.
Leavers’ savings stay with the club
If a member doesn’t renew, the savings they’ve built up go back to the club.
